What do think color or B&W?
Good photo! You have some good middle tones in the B&W version. And I like the way you've filled the photo with the truck, pushing the "little" guy off to the edge, and emphasizing the difference in mass between the two. Regarding the B&W vs. color, to me it's the usual situation--the color is nice, but the B&
W is nicer. It deemphasizes the bluish car and the orange, yellow, and red signs on the left, making it easier to focus on the main subjects. Again, good job.
Thanks guys, I agree on the B&W as well. I didn't have any options on the composition. I was sitting at a light on my bike and looked to the side of the street and there he was polishing the name in the front of his truck. I carry my camera on a Black Rapid strap when I ride so I was able to swing it up and squeeze it off. Did this one with the 70-200 f/4 L. :-)
I prefer the B&W - very nicely done!
I think, in this particular case, all the bright colors are a distraction. The B&W directs your eye to the tiny figure taking care of his big truck which looks like the story you want to tell.

Thank you, MichaelEBM, so far it is unanimous :-)

Very nice shot! Especially as it was taken quickly from your bike. I agree with everyone else who said the b and w minimizes distractions.
