I actually did try that, but I lost a good bit of the expansiveness of the sky, and it seem to kind of compress the image to my eye. Thank you so much for taking the time to comment and offer constructive input. I do appreciate it.

A beautiful Monet-like image. The impressionist effect is just lovely and quite creative. Just shows what looking at things from a different angle can achieve...

What a wonderful wildlife set! To see these magnificent creatures in the wild, and to be able to photograph them is a once in a lifetime treat. I may never get to do it, but I'm certainly glad you posted so I can at least share vicariously with you.
