It's time for the next Challenge And it's "Reflections". I'm thinking of it broadly, not only for those photos that have the typical reflections in water but also reflections caused by the shade of trees, etc. Pensive reflections, reflections brought on by memories, achievements, possibilities, or whatever you imaginative UHHers consider "Reflections".

Beautiful and breathtaking imagery Cindy... Mother Nature's monochromatic touch for this serene and mellow aesthetics... 50 stellar shades, tints and tones of Forest Green awash in a pure white matrix... Love this series... Thank you for sharing your priceless and precious "Sierra Club" ambiance.
btw, the cup is actually half full for the optimist among us... This "Winter Event" is a true blessing for aquifer recharge. May your submersible well pump produce bountiful yields during those long summers droughts...

Thank you! So glad you enjoyed these. I wish this last snowfall would have held the moisture we need but alas it's a very fine snow with very little moisture content. We sure do need a good dumping of the heavy wet stuff.
Beautiful, Cindy. Do you see Elk herds like that during hunting season!?
Thanks Ken...that is a small herd and it was nice to see them up there. This area is the winter range for the elk and deer, and we used to see thousands of elk and hundreds of deer on the drive thru there....now your lucky to see a few deer and small herds of maybe 50 or so elk.
Excellent work, Cindy! You deserved that beautiful drive after shoveling all that snow.
We sure did need that drive! I'm just not sure why I have to shovel and Randy runs the truck with the plow...I really think it should be the other way around!
After shoveling and plowing about 19 inches of new snow at the house, we took off for a drive up the North Fork road. This road runs from Columbia Falls Mt to the Canada border along the north side of Glacier National Park.
It started snowing this morning - about 5 inches on the deck railing and within a few minutes I looked back outside and YUK...the wind is just howling. We are going to have some drifts in the driveway come morning!
