at least these Redheads are uncommon in my area. I have never noticed one before. Beautiful birds.Also in the last pic the one close by the Redhead is a Greater Scaup, ANOTHER Life bird I had never seen before although not rare in my area. So TWO for one visit is a pretty good day.

This beautiful Sharp Shinned Hawk captured a Spotted Towhee for lunch in my backyard . She let me approach within 10 feet of her for these pics! More interested in eating than fleeing I guess. I quickly grabbed a few shots and left her in peace. But I watched through a window…

Why not include your pics here on the UHH? I like to browse possible purchases by sight as I find the ad…we won’t bite you if you post pics here. Usually I turn away as soon as I find no pics and ignore the ad.
