Try cleaning the nozzles, they may have become clogged over time unless this is a new car.

Did she finish the story telling the kids that “the princess after the kids leave home, puts on 200 pounds, wears Ugg boots & pj’s to Walmart & makes the toads life a misery for the rest of his life”?

For me it has been 24/7 of happiness and no regrets.

I took my oldest grandson and his family to a pro football game on Veterans Day about 5 years ago and by the time I left I was starting to smell like a brewery. Every time the people behind me jumped up because of a flag or touchdown etc. they spilled beer on me.

I always liked Maxwell House but my wife doesn't, so we finally found a coffee from the Black rifle coffee club that she likes in a fine grind, light roast and breakfast blend. I do get a veterans discount with them which is usually about 10%, I also use the Honeys coupon app to see if I can get any additional savings. I believe that shipping is free and I usually receive it in 5 to 7 days after they receive my order and they send it out to be ground. On a previous order I purchased a stainless steel vacuum container that holds slightly more the one pound of coffee, so I get that fresh ground smell every time I open the container and the remainder of the coffee remains in the foil bag and stays fresh. When the vacuum container gets low I replenish from the foil bag. The foil bag will replenish my storage container approximately 5 and 1/2 times.

I have a Kuerig, but I am getting tired of the bad-tasting coffee. No matter what pods I use, it taste bad.
Back to drip

Are you cleaning it on a regular basis? Is the coffee maker pods only or can you make by the pot. Where do you purchase your pods? Try changing brands of pods and the type of roast for the coffee.

There are two brands of coffee that I will not buy regardless of roast and that is Petes and San Francisco brands.

I purchase my coffee online from the Black Rifle Coffee Company a veteran own and run company. They sell it in 1lb bags which is actually 12 oz, 5lbs, instant and K-cups. You can select the roast flavor and that will apply to the K-cups also. Lately I have been purchasing the 5lbs bags and yes it is on the expensive side ($123.00 for 10lbs, two five lbs bags) but you can do your own K-cups from the bag. If I remember you can also get the whole bean and grind it yourself. The coffee comes in a foil and vacuumed sealed bag(s) and is freshly roasted a ground before shipping. I am on a 60 day reorder cycle and will get a notice before they ship so I have the option of having the new order shipped or postponed. Ten pounds will last me more the 60 days even when making 10 to 12 cups a day pot. I will only make one pot a day. My opinion only yours may vary.

I am always sending her senior citizen jokes. She sent me this one. She is a long way from being this way she is spry and quick witted.

Two elderly ladies had been friends for many decades.
Over the years they had shared all kinds of activities and adventures. Lately, their activities had been limited to meeting a few times a week to play cards.

One day they were playing cards when one looked at the other and said, “Now don't get mad at me.. I know we've been friends for a long time... But I just can't think of your name! I've thought and thought, but I can't remember it. Please tell me what your name is.”
Her friend glared at her. For at least three minutes she just stared and glared at her. Finally she said, “How soon do you need to know?”
Laugh and have a blessed day.

Jerry, what I really wondered about, after the pilots pulled out of the nosedive and regained control of the plane, they continued on to San Francisco and completed the flight.

Seems to me that since this incident happened so soon after takeoff (within a minute or two), why wouldn't they have returned to Hawaii to see what the issue was? They were extremely lucky that they were able to regain control of the plane after the incident, why tempt fate a second time by continuing on.

It also appears the NTSB has opened an investigation into the matter within the last day or two.

It seems that everyone is forgetting the weather that was around the Hawaiian 🌸 islands at the time of departure. This is probably why they continued with the flight, after making a recovery from the unexpected dive the crew did a quick assessment of their instruments and saw that they didn't have any alarms or bells going off to indicate a problem that would make it necessary to return to the departure airport. They then may have contacted ATC an apprised them of what had happen. More would have been made of this incident if they had returned to the departure airport. If in fact the NTSB has open an investigation into what happen it is because either crew members or passengers reported soft tissue injuries days after the incident. The NTSB can only recommend to the FAA what to do to prevent it from occurring in the future, the FAA does not have to act or enforce the recommendations.

Let me relate to you a couple of personal incidents similar to what this crew went through as a student pilot. The first incident was when I first started as a student pilot flying out of Palomar airport with the Marine corps flying club in 1974. I was completing a long cross country that took me from Palomar to Burbank to Palm Springs and back. The final leg put me on a straight in approach to Palomar which was also over a canyon. By the time I got to this portion of the flight the weather had become hot and there was turbulence coming from the canyon and I was roller coasting from 500 to 1200 feet every time I hit a patch of turbulence, the only option I had was to fly the aircraft and navigate to my destination, at the time I was flying a Piper Cherokee 140. The second incident took place at Herdon (sp) field now Orlando Executive in Orlando Florida. I had to restart my flight training since an instructor had lost my logbook. So this was in the summer of 1978 or 79 and I was practicing takeoffs and landings an on the third or fourth landing as I was coming over the threshold an getting ready to flare a gust of wind from the right put my left wing almost ninety degrees to the runway I recovered from it by adding power right rudder and aileron an only once my wing was level an I had a positive rate of climb did I remove the flaps from fully down to fully up. Keep in mind that this was a perfectly calm day in the afternoon. In both instances it was not reported to the FAA or the NTSB as there was no reason too. The second instance I was flying a Cessna 150 and unbeknownst to be my flight instructor was in the tower watching and he told me he cringed when he saw what was happening. It goes to show the old adage is true: aviate (fly the airplane), navigate and communicate in that order. Sorry this was so long only other pilots will understand what this crew went through to conclude a successful flight.

Thanks.

"resulted in the pilots receiving additional training.” I should hope so. So, it was pilot error and not a problem with plane (mechanics error).

I would say that it was not pilot error either, you can not predict what the weather will do with 100% reliability and it definitely had no mechanical issues, if it did the mechanics would not have released the aircraft for flight. The captain has the final say if the flight is to depart and that is only after the mechanic has released it from maintenance. I do not see an alarming trend here. Every incident is investigated and additional training is provided if only for those involved in the incident to develop/enhance the current training. The pilots at united go through a recurrence/check ride approx every six months plus they have to get a physical every six months to maintain there rating.
