Marvelous set! What a great book these images would make, along with a text history and some anecdotal material. WOW!
Only birds and flowers? Don't forget about the plethora of photos featuring insects, pets and low-key portraits of people less fortunate than most of us. There are some fine works to be found on this site, but there is also a ton of repetitive material.
Not that this is important, but generally the female duck is referred to as a duck. The male is referred to as a drake. So, Mallard duck is a female. Mallard drake is a male.
(Please forgive this useless fact of the day.)
Thank you for all the beautiful work you have shown us. You display a great skill and kindness for this crazy world of today. You must have hundreds of beautiful flower photos, and I hope you might publish them in a book someday. All the best to you. Please keep it up.

As a displaced Californian, I can confirm that the state already hosts a plethora of lawyers, great numbers of whom are incompetent (both young and old). California is known for crazy lawsuits and even crazier judgments. This should indicate to the lay public that there are entirely too many lawyers to begin with, that incompetent lawyers should answer for incompetence through the bar's disciplinary committees, that applicants for the bar should be able to pass a more rigorous examination, or that licensed attorneys should take and pass updating exams on a reguar basis in order to stay proficient.
Further, if my memory serves me, applicants who fail the bar examination in California are allowed to retake portions of the exam that they failed. I believe they can retake those portions several times, before being excluded from retaking for a rather long time.
So, I think what we see here is yet another instance of stupidity coming to us from our left coast.

At one time you were honest about one of posts and the dear boy feels that everyone should just bow down in wonderment at his skills. Take no notice my man I am sending you a Banned by Bob Club membership form. The club membership is quite large as quite a few have fallen foul of the rigid rule he imposes on his posts that only praise is allowed.
I have no interest in and want no part of the Yankle saga. Like most of the UHH group, I think Yankle is an active member, one who seems open to all, so am quite surprised at the things I am reading here.
Yankle aside, what amazes me is that the owner, or whoever is in charge of UHH, allows elite subgroups to form within UHH, then allows them to exclude UHH members at large, without cause.

When I passed this tree today it seemed the very definition of "Narley".
It's at least gnearly gnarly, I do believe.
I had used Nikons for around fifty years, and they had never let me down. When digital came along, Nikon was the only choice.
Fortunately, the photos taken using the housing appear to have been made from less than six feet of depth.
They sure get a free ride from our government, which obviously does not give a damn.
If you find yourself down that road, you'd better be expert at backing your vehicle! My skill in that area is a bit iffy. I would probably find a way to burn around, and take a chance with the local polilce. I like that photo very much. It might keep me out of trouble.
