New York and California both have overwhelming Democratic super majorities in both houses of their state legislatures. If Democrats actually favor a******n after birth in those states, they could easily pass that legislation. The fact that legislation to permit the k*****g of recently born babies has not been passed proves that there is not Democratic support for that ridiculous idea and it is just Republican propaganda and misinformation.
