You keep coming up with interesting Challenges! Been a while since I stitched pictures together!
A group in my church made up quilts for Camp Fontanelle UMC Youth Camp in Nickerson, NE.
Dee will recognize the Rail Fence pattern. They requested 80, one for each bed in the new Olson Lodge.
Our church made 13, another had delivered 7, and they had 24 others that came from various places.
Hopefully by next camping season they will have accumulated enough!
A pet project is making up little things to leave with the shut-ins after a visit. The sunflower was for Sept & the
Fall leaf was for October. I have 20 shut-ins on my list, but since I enjoy crafting, I made another 20. The
sunflowers I put on drinking straws & poked them into the floral centerpieces on the tables in our social hall.
The 2nd batch of leaves, I gave to my fellow members in my circle at a recent meeting.
