Has anyone purchased the "new" version of NIK software? Is it worth the $60 upgrade from the free version from 2 years ago?

Thanks Linda, I will check into it. While I like LR and PS, I struggle with layers and masks.

I bought the new version. I didn't have any previous version so I can't compare, but it is a good tool, and as all tools it should be used sparingly.

The old version is still working with Lightroom. As far as I know, the new version is just some bugfixes. Most notably, the new can still be used with PS CC. I'll pay for an upgrade when they add some useful features.
