Just a little tribute to the Baron, Bob.
Thanks!
I do not collect anything except my stories,,,hundreds of them done over the years
I started to collect Barbie dolls that have positional joints to be able to tell a story. I bought the female posable mannequin and started playing with poses with different backgrounds that I found in my garden and I made myself. I saw the posable jointed Barbie dolls and I bought a few. The first set of photos were so out there but it was the experience of seeing what worked and what did not was a fun way to learn. People like to see the best after experimentation, I am showing some of my better ones, but if there is any interest, the first experiments are the best as you the viewer can see how the process of experimentation resulted in what you see today.
I named her Emmylyn Woody. She is the reason I went to Barbie dolls.
This was my experiment in putting together two elements. I photographed the sky seperately and integrated the two to get this photo.
And here is just a plain black background.
I used my abstract painting as a background for these guys.

I made these paper mache chairs for the Barbie dolls, but I made them too small, so I made a light hearted comment to address I made a boo boo.
This is a portrait to show the abstract background I painted.

Full figure shot to showcase my painted background.
