I'm not familiar with an infrared conversion....I'll have to look it up.

Click on the quote reply when you respond, so that its easier to keep track of who is responding to what. It takes a while to get used to how things work. People are generally very helpful. I don't remember if you said how you were converting to b/w. infrared generally makes greens and yellows much lighter. Im used to using a conversion in photoshop where I am able to raise and lower the individual colors to affect the b/w. darkening the blues makes your sky darker and so on.

Nice shot but a bit busy with no clear subject for the eye to come to. Colorizing the person near the lamppost may have helped.
