Hi, Mark, I agree that the leading lines contribute strongly to the depth of #2, but m6 vote goes to #4 because the dimensions of the depth are more complex; depth proceeds strongly from the observer at several different levels....straight to the distant horizon, as well as sharply down into that valley before wending it way horizon-ward. To me, it is a more interesting recession of depths. Also, thedog’s gaze is not directly to the horizon, but reinforces a2areness of depth receding to the left and downward before heading “up and out”.

No.4, you feel as though your being drawn into the left hand side of the shot.
Three is my favorite photo; but, to answer your question, I think the most depth is shown in the fourth one.
