If you can do both without too much effort, do both. You will certainly find proponents of each style. I, for one, won't stop reading the forum - and almost every post - whichever method you use.

Not for me. I like the big picture and picking and choosing.

The old one will remain, but in addition to that we'll have the expanded format. It's basically a list of intro posts for each topic, one after another.

The new format is for people who prefer to scroll rather than scan headlines.

Here are some examples:

Please test it out send me any feedback you might have.
Thanks.

Like it...and it should cut down on some of the nasty smart-aleck posts as only those somewhat interested will read on!

I like it; especially since the old format stays in place. Gives us the opportunity to choose, based on how we feel on a specific day. Keep up the great work.

I like it the way it is. But I am different. I access UHH everyday, I do not click on links in
my mail and always delete my history after any access anywhere.
I think that the longer the digest the heavier the amount of data, and it is harmful for
those of us (yep, like me) that have limited mailbox sizes. I hope you take that in consideration.
Thanks.

Anhanga Brasil.

I like 1810 and 1811. All are good but i think 1810 and 1811 are the best.

It would be good to be able to download the photos directly from the new format

I prefer the old over the proposed new format. Thanks for asking.

I like it! I am retired so the comment about the Nude category posting isn't applicable, but I support rmalarz's position (and those others that support it) as it could be disastrous at some places of employment to access a NSFW image.

As a former colleague was fond of saying, "I feel strongly about it both ways."

I don't use the digest.

I use the following:

I check in and click on "Newest Topics" at the top of the page. All the "Newest Topics" will show up. The newest topics have a green and bold type that will say "New Topic" at the beginning of the topic.
After I have viewed everything interesting to me, I will click on "Mark all Topics as Read".
That removes the green bold "New Topic" from the list.
When I return later in the day or the next day, I repeat the above process.

Now, I'm seeing topics that I have already "marked as read" are showing up as a "New Topic" with the green bold type.

I'm guessing the green bold "New Topic" is reappearing because there has been a new post and is causing the "New Topic" to reappear.
This action is miss leading for a "New Topic"
This will make it harder to find my place from my last visit.
I hope this makes sense.
Pat

I like all of them, in addition to what we have.

It would show "new posts" as opposed to "new topic".
