Fryeburg, Dennis.
That was my guess but I rarely go to fairs so had to ask. I should make a new year resolution to visit more of them (country boy that I am.)
This is one of my favorite local spots. I'd love to wander down that path but can't go beyond the gate since the place is posted with "do not trespass" signs! Bummer!

10MPlayer nice series, thanks for sharing. Esp. the ones in flight. pg39
Thanks, Transbuff1985. The geese were a long way off. They tend to be pretty skittish. The rain had
just passed through and the clouds were magnificent. They added a lot to what would have otherwise been an ordinary image of birds in flight.

It's the only one I go to.
Photogirl Lesley, thanks for hosting this terrific challenge to end one year and begin another! I am wishing I could have commented on each post. I really enjoyed your bests and favorites. Thank you to those who commented on mine. The next challenge is ready to go: "White Balance". Sound dull? Nope! At least I found it interesting and very helpful. Get out your cameras, hunt for your white balance settings if you don't know where they are, and let's see what you come up with.

Chaudiere River Falls...a favourite sopt year round. I the winter we can get down there too
One last call......Thanks all...haven't the time to view all these pages, pretty much a record I think
Last ones for this challenge - the same leaf taken a month apart. G'night all! (BTW - I was recently told that I have too much time on my hands - LOL!!)
Me again, I'd like to post something I really had fun with last winter. These were some of my favorites using bubblewrap as filters and as background. I experimented with lights and blown bubbles as well. Time to try it and "smoke" and the famous "fruit drop" again (GET that CANTALOUPE ready, Steve Demott!!)
