Yes I did take that into account smarty. The barracks were in disrepair and the food wasn't all that great and we only had specific times to eat. Most young people don't have many medical needs so that was a wash for most of us.
We still lived below the poverty line.

Woops How the heck do you know what I did??? To start with it did not have any impact on me or my family- we watched from the sideline as I had no vote in it while those fools did not stand up and force delaying the vote till they knew what was in it- not like the folks of today that are standing up to this lying jerk.
