Strange spots.....any idea's?

If you download the full sized image and puff it up a bit it certainly looks like tree reflections.

Nice ones, Bret. I got my D500 yesterday, but haven't tried any BIFs yet--hope to today.

#1 shows that dark structure of a window(?) or some type of reflective surface starting to appear on the right side of the frame. #2 shows the lead duck with the structure behind & below the features of the duck. I'd put money on some type of strange reflection manifesting itself in your shot.

Those 2 shots where the last 2 I shot....and all the other shots not one reflection like this one in shot #2. No window or anything like that in the BG.

from back ground , the first shot is clean , second one from what look like a window or wall in back ground .

My wife and I both think it is a reflection. It looks like a blurry tree reflected in a window in the background or from the car window. I'm sure the car window was open so probably a background window.

They appear to be light reflections of some sort. NOT dirty sensor.

Since the spots weren't in the first shot, it is not the sensor. It appears that these are reflections in the large window.
