Looks like reflections of trees and sky in glass - if there was a large window in the background.

Get your sensor cleaned.

Not because of this - dirt on the sensor means that light wont hit the photosites - meaning there would be black spots.

Unless this is a constant thing, forget about it. It was a freak of nature and light, or it was something in the background.

Ditto.

Reflected light can play weird tricks when frozen.

The first shot has no spots. The second does, but only where it looks like there is some kind of frame or window in the background. So, reflections are an obvious choice. There must have been more than two shots all day. What about the rest.

Bottom one looks like water droplets coming off the duck's feathers

It could be the sensor or a reflection.

Photo is extremely over sharpened. Is this a result of your PP or can you see this in the original?? Could be a reflection from the sliding glass door in the background..

Was this early in the morning? To me it looks like dew on a spider’s web.

There are no unnatural spots in either photo. In second photo I see light coming through tree branches and a face with sunglasses below left wing of lower bird. Use the download and zoom in slightly to see branches with light (spots) coming through.

A dictum in a policeman's shooting rule book, "Keep in mind what is behind your target, always." Same applies to photography. You have included a window that caused reflections.

Could be that the person behind window was wondering why you were "shooting" their house.
