It's a 9th grader for gods sake. Can you imagine how traumatic the circumstances could be? What the hell is wrong with you? Why should a teacher with a stick up his butt be allowed to make a tough situation even more difficult for a little kid. Don't you have anything better to do than cheer on a teacher trying to make a little kid's life hell? I'm not going to pretend I understand this sex identity stuff, but it isn't important that I understand it. I can't imagine a decision like this is being made without the assistance of a mental health professional. Who are you and I to think we know better. You can believe anything you want. You cannot assist in traumatizing children in your care. You can believe the kid is going to hell. You need to keep that away from the classroom.

According to a story I read before this made it to the attic, the teacher noticed the student walking into the wall with her face buried in her Cell Phone and called out for someone to stop her instead of stop him. You seem mighty judgmental, not knowing the whole story it behooves we not jump to or at conclusions.

As per usual, it’s not me who doesn’t know the whole story and is trying to strike a blow for what they believe is a conservative cause. He refused to use pronouns of the proper gender. Before he was fired, he was asked if he were given a second chance, would he use the proper pronouns? He said his religious convictions would not allow it. Are we now clear?

Because you don’t know the whole story does not mean others don’t.

I just told you that I read the story Day before on a different site, and also the one in the OP. Teach met wit parents and said he had no problems calling her by here new name and would be careful not to use the pronouns HE, She, Him , Her, etc. In what seemed to be an accident about to happen he shouted a warning suddenly. You of all folks should not be offended by talking down or accusing as you are very accomplished in both categories, seemingly polite but still guilty.

The instructor absolutely refused to refer to the student as he or him. He was fired for insubordination. He wasn't fired for accidentally referring to the student as her. He absolutely refused to refer to him as he or him. Insubordination is a big deal.
