Doesn’t look like Idaho Juncos. But nice image.
Common bird but not so on this forum. Great photo!

There are several phases (as best I remember what they are called) of Dark-eyed Juncos with different colorings. In the past they were considered to be different species but have since been combined into one species with different phases. For example, Grey-headed juncos, Oregon Juncos, etc. I don't know who decides on such things.
I moved from Idaho to Colorado earlier this year and some of the Juncos here are different, such as the Grey-headed Juncos that I don't recall seeing where I lived in Idaho. They are lovely little birds and I greatly appreciate how they clean up the seeds on the ground below the feeders. They seem to prefer feeding on the ground rather than the feeders and sometimes do little hops as they scratch the ground. I enjoyed the photo.
Good morning. Thanks all for viewing and commenting.
Wanderer, around here I see shades of grey sometimes bordering on blue. Some have very distinctive roufus colored sides.
