The smoking ruins of my state have nothing to do with fires. Fires, like earthquakes, are part California life. I was referring to the social and political chaos.

Nice set! We love the Monterey Peninsula and go there a few times a year (we're only a couple of hours away). We usually drive down to Big Sur about once a year.
