Thanks, I am originally from Muncie and have been to Mounds Park many times as a child. It is no wonder I don't remember these falls as they were not there. I live in south Florida now for about the past 35 years, but do try to get back home to the Muncie area every summer. I will try to get down to see those falls. Can you tell me what river these falls are on?

It is on the Fall Fork of Clifty Creek, not much of a river, but it runs through several counties in southern Indiana. If you want to visit the falls and are coming up I-65, get off at mile marker 68. That is HWY 46 and the falls are about 20 miles due east. Enjoy the warmth Saturday is supposed to be a high of 38 degrees.

Thanks jaymatt, This is a mile or so south of Hartsville IN. Hartsville is between Columbus and Greensburg on IN HWY 46. Looks like a couple hour trip for you, almost due south on HWY 9. A lot of barns and scenics on HWY 9.

Thanks, the slope of the land just makes it go that way. The creek does take a turn in about a mile and then go south.
