Anderson Falls in Indiana

Went out yesterday morning to a small local park. We have very few waterfalls locally and the Fall color was leaving quickly, so I traveled a couple miles and captured this scene. One small note, this is one of the few falls that flows north.

Nice photo! Is that a natural falls? It’s linearity makes it look like a short man-made dam.

Thanks jaymatt, This is a mile or so south of Hartsville IN. Hartsville is between Columbus and Greensburg on IN HWY 46. Looks like a couple hour trip for you, almost due south on HWY 9. A lot of barns and scenics on HWY 9.

Stan it is a natural falls. Many times during the year the flow is so slow you can walk across. Thanks for looking. I am including a photo when the falls is a a low flow.

Hi Davet, this was taken near Hartsville IN, half way between Columbus and Greensburg on IN HWY 46. This is about 2 hours south of Anderson.
