With a face like hers and a skillful photographer, nothing but the face has any business in the image. IMHO
Beautiful young lady, great lighting, better crop, well done. One smallish thing: The back of the hand is a more masculine pose. Showing the edge of her hand would be better...at least that was one of the rules when I was doing portraits.
