Sad. A friend just found three mini Dach's in a pet carrier at a stop sign. Some people have no business being around animals, much less owning them.

Great shot, beautiful dog. Good on you Bill, for coming to her aid and getting help. Hope she gets a forever home

She is so beautiful, bill, and you are so kind. People who abandon their animals have no heart.
