For what its worth their site indicates they are a Canon and Sony authorized dealer. and Focus Camera is on Canon's Authorized Dealer list, so maybe the're not that bad.

Very long standing reputation as a grey market seller. But so is B&H. Difference is B&H is usually up front about their grey market goods. Focus is not.

I’ve had a good experience with Wasabi batteries and chargers. They should be covered under a warranty, find out from the seller or directly with Wasabi.

I have recently purchased a Sony A6000 but the batteries (3 Wasabi) that came with it have such a short life and I am always worried about not having enough. Sony battery is expensive so I am wondering if anyone can suggest another brand that might have longer life than the Wasabi.

It's not the Wasabi. It's the Sony and the mirrorless.

I've used Wasabi batteries in all my Canon camera bodies and have never had any issue...

I agree. I spent some time/money with off-brand batteries and they do not hold up over time. I have never thrown out a Sony battery for such issues.

Be careful of counterfeits. I buy from B&H, Adorama or other authorized dealers for these.

I bought it on Amazon from and it was supposed to be absolutely brand new. It seemed brand new and I have not had any issues other than the batteries. Tomorrow I will contact the seller (Focus Camera) and Amazon. Thanks for your reply.

More important, I'd check the warranty and make sure it was a USA warranty. Check with Canon to see if it's a USA camera or a grey market. If not, I'd return and complain to Amazon.
