Tell me which one you like best .... we can only enter one picture ... thank you
My vote is for #3, Beercat. The crashing wave makes for a more dramatic image. Also, my opinion, the sun is not so overpowering as in the first two shots...it fits the image perfectly.
Rich...
1, the sun is so bright and feels as if there in person needing sunglasses.
#1 - Has depth and far better lighting, contrast and punch. Comes alive. Del.
PS Big wave in #3 spoils pic. In #2 it is insignificant Both need light shining through.
1 the light on the rocks does it for me.
Beautiful. I'll have to do one of them some day.
I like the first one best.
I like the third photo. The sun is touching the horizon giving it a warm, but not overpowering, glow. The wave splashing on the rocky shoreline draws the eye, and looks a lot like a tiny volcano erupting.
I like the color in the first one better, mostly because of the light coming through the splash, and the light reflected off the rocks.
I like the shape of the splash in the last one. It suggests an outline, which is more visually interesting than the more rounded wave shape in the first one. The adjusted picture of the third is very good, so it may be a good choice.
Either way, it is good work. It has a nice relaxing feel to it without being too "slow"
Well Bob. I think the first one has all of the elements to be a winner. The second one is a bit of a throw away, and the third has a very interesting wave dashing on the rocks. It does look like there is a man in the water. My vote goes to #1. I don't mind at all that the Sun is higher in this entry.
