think i will try it with a old 120 film camera that used light bulb shaped flash bulbes
I’m sitting here with an old Olympus body with no lens that a friend gave me for my collection (more an assembly of nonfunctional photo scrap)...now you’ve got my wheels turning. Hmmm...
Moomoo951, I also have an old Polaroid with flash attachment that this could work with...maybe better than the Olympus...

Very cool idea!
As a Nikon user, both film and digital - I think this is a great use for a Canon body! Don’t dis me - I am just having a bit of fun!
Great shot of the monarch. I love shots of things many times original size!
Love the way it lights up the beautiful butterfly-on-flower photo.
Very nice, rather thoughtful.
Very nice. I like the strap hanging, especially with the red on black. Nice butterfly photo, too.

A true cannon of a Canon!
Cool, but don't know if it benefits from the strap.

I can hear drills prepping old bodies as I type. Well thought out effort. The butterfly is equally impressed!
Like the idea of a camera body being use as a base for table light.
Cool! Now I wish I wouldn't have sold my old Asahi Spotmatic!

That's a cool idea. Good on you.
