Good luck with your Fuji XT2 and your first shots are a good start. I have had my Fuji XT2 for a year and a half moving from a Nikon FF. My photos are better with my Fuji and its a hoot to shoot with and have enjoyed the Fuji very much.
Me too! Third shot is really nice. Keep up the good work!!! Cheers!

Very nice - thank you! I got the fuji now so I could practice before my Costa Rica Trip next May - thinking about renting that monster (any balance issues?)

I am a Fuji user also. Believe you will love the camera. Safari last month in Tanzania and a rented 100-400mm got some incredible results. A suggestion would be to do a bit of post processing on the above images which are very nice - just my 2 cents!!
Yes, am hearing that more & more!

I love mine too. Dropped Nikon a few years ago to enjoy.
That was on purpose lol! I (she) have a Nikon D5500 with a full articulating screen - but this Fuji one is more of a flip kind - ha - and my fuji has more personality, think I'm going to actually name it, it's so fun to use ;)

Yes, he "articulated" that very well, indeed!

Okay CJ2, You have inspired me....didn't know 'shrooms could be so much fun to play with! What do you think?

Very nice - the primary isolate should always be the first thing a viewer sees, and then the supporting isolates become a factor in the composition and add substance and meaning to your vision. Very nicely done. Shrooms, apples, pears, etc. - lots of fun to play with - pick up a book by Edward Weston and you will see what I mean.
Glad your enjoying your new camera. Very nice start.
Uh oh...what does that mean lol? I hope good - it's kicking my butt I know that, way more advanced than I am.
