Nice set. Really like the last photo. Well done. Tough getting a hummer to sit still for a photo shoot. : 😀.

Awesome imagery, Bernie. The best hummer pics I have seen here.
Thank you kindly! I am glad I could do her justice, although a little more bright sunlight would have helped!

Thanks so much! Doc! In a few minutes, I am posting, for your ID, a red critter I saw in Portland. Let me know, please.
Go to your favorite garden center store or home improvement and pickup a feeder. However, do NOT buy the red liquid feed. It has been determined to be harmful to hummers.Search online for alternative food. My wife used a cup of boiled water mixed with regular sugar, sorry I don't know how much. They swarm in on it. If you buy more than one, it gets comical to see the squabbles over territory, especially by males. Also, about mid-September it is recommended to stop feeding them or they will fail to migrate and possibly die in the colder weather.
Enlarged—- #1 is a wall hanger !!

Thanks for the tip, but I tried the feeder and they didn't come to it. In a way, it worked out better, because I don't have to try and frame the shot without the feeder in it
Great work, Bernie! You nailed them.
