If you look at the left side of the picture you will see a break in the fence and paving leading outward. Hard to distinguish the driveway from the sidewalk but that's the exit. It's shown clearly on the Google Maps view.

Above the front door it says Barons. I am guessing it’s a undercover ops for the police, sheriffs or some fed agency.

I'll take a stab at it.... been looking at this picture for at least an hour now, and you can see "2017 Google" a number of times, so it's not an image taken with a still camera... it's an image pulled from a Google street view vehicle. Thats the only obvious thing I can see a few times in the photo.
