Maybe not. The third link above describes the address as a "virtual office". They supply you with an address and then they send you any mail that comes there. Probably associated with the courier service. So, being a virtual address, there's probably no physical presence. UHH et al. are located elsewhere.

I just entered the address in Google Earth and that's what I found. Took a ride in the Google Car and caught a photo of the front of the building. That's all.
In a way, I was just seeing how many noticed the mail address of Uglyhedgehog. We see it every day in our Forum notifications.
