The girl's eyes may not be an original thought, but it is very well done, and the match between her eye color and the shawl is striking. My thought is that everyone will be doing flower close-ups, so this will stand out.
The eyes on that young lady is outstanding. That's the winner in my opinion. Good luck.
The magnolia and the cat would be my choices.

Succulent and Gears get my vote
All are well done!
Pink magnolia & the cat eyes
Gears and succulent for me. The girl’s eyes, while just as nice a shot, has now been overdone and the subject beaten to death--it will seem unoriginal.
I totally agree with Linda From Maine. Your images are splendid however the gears and the cat show the most detail and that's what macro is all about. Perhaps even a bit better would be to crop is to only the cats eyes to show the detail in their iris.

The woman and the cat - either one.
The others do not have as much immediate or direct eye appeal.

I'd go for Gears & Succulent. Something a little different might hold the Judges attention a little longer. Download would have been useful.

I join those especially liking the second set of “eyes.”
Eyes definitely, very Nat Geo in style and cat eyes for sharpness too. Gears are different and interesting. If you use gears, eliminate the cat eyes (a very common subject while gears is unusual).

Yellow center and eyes would be my choices, although they are all very nice images. Nice work
