It's a beautiful memorial for this very brave man.
Terrific photos, and a grand memorial indeed! Tenn is a very patriotic state.
Beautiful shots of a wonderful memorial!
Indeed, a remarkable memorial and a beautiful set of images. Well done.
Nice work on these, James, and interesting angles.

The Memorial is built to look like Jeff's plane is lifting off over a runway.

I like all the different unusual angles. I've seen the Blue Angels several times and am always amazed at their precision and tight formations. Amazing so relatively few tragic events happen during training and shows when so many planes fly close to each other. I just looked at Google Maps and saw that Smyrna is just a short detour off my way to my brother's house...maybe 1/2 hour total (plus viewing time, of course).

Oh WOW!!! These are beautiful and hats off to the folks that made this possible for Our fallen Hero. Just this year I got to take photos of the Blue Angels during the Airshow at Dayton International Airport in Dayton, OH. My Dad was a huge aviation fan and when He passed away I found a cemetery and plot where He could be laid to rest right under the approach pattern for the main runway at Dayton. I try to take My lawn chair and camera every year and sit next to Dad during the airshow. Hope He watches with Me. And I hope and pray that this site in TN will be protected from vandalism.
Thank you for sharing these wonderful images. There are not enough words to show the respect that we all need to give these Hero's.
