I have had relative "time of delivery" response from Amazon ranging from impossible fast to normal fast. Always they have delivered either when promised or before. I live in an area 20 plus miles from a city. Many times when there many options I
choose Amazon because of their fine service.

I ordered one of those lighted keyboards like you bought and it said 2 day delivery. It took 5 days.

Who makes the determination, when the buyer has to pay return shipping on a third party product sold on Amazon, that is defective, the third party sent me a shipping label with there address and I have to pay return shipping, am calling them this morning and asking about there free returns, LOL

Third party returns can be tricky. I don't return many things, but with third party, Amazon always has to contact the seller and get them to approve. I usually pay postage, and I was denied a return once. I'm talking about items sold on Amazon's regular pages, but it will say something like, "Ships from and sold by..."

Well after calling Amazon about buyer pays return shipping, she sent them an email to tell them to send a prepaid ship doc or give me a $35 refund and I keep the item, soon after the buyer sent me an email saying he just send a refund, so I emailed him back and said thanks and that I will keep the drone. So all went well
