I think you are correct with Broad-winged Hawk ID. It's not a Coopers Hawk. A Coopers Hawk is slate grey on top. Your bird is brown.

excellent! I really like it (except the color of the legs; oversaturated in my opinion). I attach a similar bird who comes frequently to my balcony.
