Spotted this beautiful bird in my back yard. I looked it up on the internet and I think it's a Broad-winged Hawk. Shot with a Canon 5D Mk iv, Canon 70-200mm f2.8 II.

I believe that this is a Cooper's Hawk. In any case he is a real beauty. Very nice captures. The pose and lighting in #1 makes it my favorite.

You are correct. It's a Cooper's Hawk. I don't know anything about birds, but I couldn't miss this opportunity.
