Its a write failure in the camera. A card does not "write" to a computer. The computer "reads" the card and simply transfers the files that are on it. That is why all cards have a WRITE & READ speed rating, of which the write speed is always slower, often MUCH slower than its read speed. ALL memory cards with only one speed listed means that is that cards READ speed. The actual speed at which the camera writes files to that card may be as much as 80% slower.
