Unfortunately, the attic is the most used section. It keeps the advertisers happy.

I rate a leader in what they get accomplished, not their look or how often they are on TV etc. Di Nero and his like will spend 8 years under an unaccomplished leader and complain when something actually starts getting done and their party doesn't get the credit. All actors want is credit or publicity even if negative!

It should keep people who want to post controversial posts like politics and religion away from those who don't care to see them. Admin does have to monitor and move posts which should be there, but probably not as much as if those discussions were banned altogether. Most people who post those in other sections do it by mistake or don't know the rules. I used to be on another now defunct photography site which did ban discussions of politics and religion, but people did them anyway, and that admin had a lot of work keeping them out.

So you think all would be well if the ATTIC would be discontinued, do you. You think the so-called trolls and those whom you can find there would just disappear. Yah, sure they will. One only has to remember what the UHH forum looked like prior to the opening of the ATTIC. All the crap now found there was sprinkled throughout all the other categories especially here in the non-photography section. I would surely prefer that those unsavoury topics stay in the ATTIC where I can totally ignore them. I believe that a helluva lot of others here would agree. Every once in awhile something more ATTIC related slips in, but it is usually a minor slip and can be usually ignored and quickly disappears with a little persuasion of most members, as in this instance. But for goodness sake, let the ATTIC be, we don't ever want to go back to the "good old days"

The reason we picked Trump was because we did not want to live in Hillary world. I only need to mention 2 words: Benghazi, uranium.
The reason that some many liberals don't like him is because they are so very afraid that he will be a success and so far he has been. Economy is growing great, peace may be at hand with Korea. For the first time in forever, the trade deficit has decreased, so perhaps jobs will return. Jobless rate is at it's lowest.
So the ignorant actors like Di Nero can continue to live in their Hollywood bowl of filth and can continue to display ignorance and stupidity. I always thought he was a great character actor and not I know he is not acting. He really is a bully and ignorant.

Just a thought. What makes an actor's opinion mean more than mine. Most of them have their opinions written for them. I wouldn't be surprised if DeNiro's rant wasn't written by someone else. I'm tired of all of the controversy about Trump and Clinton. Bill defiled the Oval Office.
