Nice pictures Mohammed, fun to see photos like these. Allen’s story about smothering the eggs is sad. We have parks and golf courses in WI that have goose logs laying around, just have to watch your step. Oh, I am a not so good golfer too.

As an ornithologist I will share that in all likelihood the lead adult bird is the male. The females prefer to bring up the rear. We assume they do so to ensure that all the goslings are accounted for.
