I took these pictures at Black Hill Park. Little cute babies of Canada geese are well disciplined while walking behind their mother. But there are times when babies don't agree with each other and they are involved in a conflict.

Good acton captures Mohammed!
I particularly like the third shot, where the goslings are arguing with each other!
In fact, I really enjoy Canada geese. Flocks of 30, 50 or more of them used to fly low and honking noisily over my house every morning on the way to feeding grounds, then again every evening on their way back to the ponds where they like to roost. We'd often stop whatever we were doing for a moment, to watch and listen to them.
But they pooped all over the local golf courses.... Can't have that!
So throughout the S.F. Bay Area (full of folks obsessed with saving the planet... at least until it effects them personally) there are teams of park rangers, animal control and others seeking out goose nests, taking the eggs and smothering the unhatched chicks by submerging the eggs in vegetable oil, then replacing the eggs in the nest where the adults continue to roost on a clutch that will never hatch. The process is known as "addling".
Now it's rare to see more than one or two Canadas fly over.... Often just a lonely individual calling out seeking others. And some days none at all. Pretty sad!
But, hey, the golfers don't have to deal with any goose poop on the tee boxes and greens!
P.S. I'm also a golfer... though not necessarily a very good one.
Very cute and there does seem to be some sort of serious discussion going on!
Think they need a GPS to help them decide which is the right way. Nice capture.

Yea, golf is so important...………. who need birds...…..unbelievable.
Love the shots.
Great images, looks like there's a disagreement over their position in line.
