Lester Dine lenses are available on eBay. I have a 105mm dental lens, got it for $100. Works great!

Actually many of the camera manufacturer's sell specialty dental kits. A lot of them use between a 50mm and 100mm macro lens with a macro ring light.

Oh. Be careful if you look at pre-built dental kits. Sometimes they are priced for dentists. By that I mean the component parts may cost less than the kit price.

Macro. Nikon once made a Medical Nikkor just for that.

I have several Lester Dine 105mm lenses & ring lights. It's what I use for my macro shooting. Got my first one from my Father in Law (a retired Dentist). The attached image shows one camera with a Dine 105 and the ring light, the other with a Dine lens & a softbox mounted speedlight.
