Thank you kindly, sundar.... but I'm sure by tomorrow all will be gone... in the 30's with high winds today and tomorrow cold and torrential rains!! Hope your weather is much better than this!!

LOL... Hal, I'm sure mine are gone today... temps in low 30's with very high winds and torrential rains tomorrow!!
...and yesterday was glorious!!
Beautiful and also interesting. Love the first.
Beautiful images in spite of the nasty weather, Angela! LOVE #1 with the bright orange centers! Bad weather here too last night with major flooding in areas. I wonder if we both had the same system. I noticed the line of storms through here extended far up the east coast.

Glad you liked these, Donna... after today's beating with the wind and torrential rain tomorrow, I'm sure they'll be gone and yesterday was so beautiful, we did so much work in the garden. I think the storm we're getting tomorrow is what you got, hope you didn't get any damage!! T-storms tomorrow, so Buster will be going crazy!
Beautiful, Angela. I like them all.

No damage in our neighborhood but severe flooding, etc in other places here and in MS. Stay safe!
No 1 I like the depth as you see into the flower. Contrasting colors are saturated properly even though mostly in the shade. Great job.
No 2 has the lensbaby do what it does best, velvety blur. Perfect f/stop for this shot. Love it.
No 3 Hmmm My first thought is you should try and open up some shadows, but as I opened in Photoshop, using camera raw, I decreased the contrast, that worked better. It helped showing a bit more bottom of the flowers giving it more depth.
