I think how the image is going to be used and what mood or impression is to be conveyed are factors in which image is best. All three are wonderful images in my view.

I really like that third one. It tells the story. The graphics enhance and don't distract. Great effect.

I like #2 w/a hair less (no pun intended) tweaking. #3 would make a great album cover. Nice job on all three.
