I’m in the same situation, and I’m moving to the new ON1 18.1. You can get a free thirty-day trial to see if you like it. I purchased it through an introductory offer for $69.00, and I’m amazed at some of the things it will do.
It will work as a stand-alone, or you can use it as a plug-in in your LR.
The latest version is pretty good - a far cry from the intial version initially released at the end of 2016. I've been using On One products since it was V7, and have enjoyed the progress the company has made and the partnerships they have formed to enable their long-term plan of being taken seriously as a professional tool - along with DXO, Lightroom and Capture One.
