I love this site. I never know what information I'll find. And everyone is so willing to share and help. My ID photo for this site, a titmouse whom I call Rambo, made me take a turn from just taking photos to really wanting to do something. I'm still learning.

I inspired with one of my friend's dad who is a best wedding photographer. Since four years ago, they gave me to keep their camera for some time, and I can't explain what the time was ! I was first time taken a camera in my hand, and that was enough for me to start thinking for become a photographer.

I'm not just talking about Professionals, but many of us had someone who sparked the interest within us. As long as I can remember, my Father and oldest Brother took pictures of family, and the Ski Mountains in Aspen Colorado. My brother even had one on the cover of Ski Magazine. I've always looked at what he would post since computers came along, and still love his captures of animals and scenery. SO who got you started, maybe a magazine, a book, a friend, or family? Tell us your story!

My own curiosity; but when I grow up my hope is to be
1/3 as good as A. Aubrey Bodine.

Not a single photograph of myself as a child. It is the lost moments that drive my need to capture.

I am really not sure. I remember being fascinated by looking at old cameras in a store window at an early age and asking questions about them for hours. I also developed pictures using by exposing them to the sun with a kids toy I picked up at the local candy store for a dime. I pent hours going through National Geographic before I could read. First camera was a Brownie Hawkeye, probably a birthday gift when I was about 5 or 6. I bought my first 35 mill when I was about 12. Since then I have gone through several generations of point and shoots, 35mm, and medium format cameras. Though I still have several "big guns" the camera I use the most is probably a point and shoot with an 18x optical lens, that I keep on my belt.
