I buy boxes of Zeiss Lens Cleaning Wipes. Use them for my glasses and lenses. Very inexpensive and they seem to work well.

I just bought some from B&H recently.
Costco has big boxes of them, are all of them essentially the same?

We use them for various purposes. Eye glasses, camera lenses, gemology equipment, alongside micro fibre cloths. Just don't use your ratty old T-shirt or pocket handkerchief full of sand and grit!
I would expect the products to be identical, just sourced and priced differently. Unless someone describes a difference between products or product names it is not likely to be significant.

I've been using them for years. Walmart sells them.
There are coatings on lenses that are not on vision lenses. You run the risk of damaging your lenses if you use a product that was intended for glasses.

That's possible, but my eyeglasses also have coatings, and it doesn't seem to be a problem, the contents are fairly benign.
A nice clean handkerchief works for me.

One comes as a two-pack, so you get 200, and appears to have a dispenser box. Zeiss seems to be the preferred cleaning cloth for camera lenses, but I doubt there's much of a difference - alcohol on special paper.
I remember while trained as an official Army photographer in the late 1960's "never use liquids to clean a lens". Lens coatings can be damaged. Lens construction may have gotten better, but I would stick with lens tissues from a manufacturer of quality lenses designed specifically for that purpose.
On my glasses I preferr the Zeiss they are not as wet as the B and L and if I absolutely have to on the filter but not the lens itself . They do sell them made specifically for lenses, that my local camera store sells also

I have a lens cleaning (micro-fiber) cloth designed for lenses attached to the camera strap on each of my cameras. This works for quick fog/dust removal. I carry a box of lens cleaning papers in the camera bag and a spare in the car. I generally make sure that the cloths are designed for coated lenses. I also have a small pump bottle of lens cleaner spray in the camera bag.

Same here. Sam's Club, box of 200. No complaints.
