I did a B&W conversion but couldn't post it as I kept getting an "invalid posting" message each time I tried!

OK - it took several tries as the UHH software wouldn't cooperate, but here's the B&W conversion. It works well like that but my original intent was to highlight the color contrast of that cold, sunny day.

I think they're both really nice shots. I do like the more minimalistic feel of the first one better.

Thanks everyone! I think my favorite is #1 as well. I just wish the horses had been out in the pasture - they might have added an interesting touch.
