My Electro 35 came with a table top tripod. I sold the camera, but still have the tripod. I sold the Yashicamat 124G in favor of a C330 from Mamiya.

And all you really had to do to upgrade was buy the latest entry from Kodak.

YUP! A brand new sensor in every box. And if your were adventurous there was Ilford, Ansco, Agfa, and later Fuji. While we can do all that in raw and Post, the choice of "Materials" which extended to Chemistry and Paper added to the depth of the intellectual and artistic challenge that is film photography. My "discovery" of Fuji Portrait earned me lots of points with Olive toned (even just a tiny bit) complexion ladies. And the slightly blush skinned Blondes look great in Agfa Portrait. Fun.

But, I can't get over how well the Lightroom sliders and Nik film sets work---and I get to change them subject to subject and exposure to exposure.

Great camera for its time. I still have 2 Yasica cameras. The Electra X and the Electra AX along with a 75 to 230 Yashon zoom, doubler, tripler and assorted filters. Don't know what to do with it all? 📷

My first good camera was a SLR, around 1955. The viewfinder looked through the lens so you got an instant reminder that you hadn't taken off the lens cap.

Being an old geezer, my days date back to the Rollie-flex and the early Yashica Electro35, my first 35mm camera. It took great pictures when you remembered to take the lens-cap off...

I have a Yashica Electro35 from back in the old days too but it was not my first 35mm camera. My first 35mm was an Argus C3 (the brick). They both got a lot of use.
