Personally, I can't see this fashion mode. But the younger gens can. That's ok for them. Like any fad, this too will pass. Remember when we used to wear our hair in a "duck's ass?" Every gen has their own stupidity. Although this fad seems the most outlandish.

I can’t help but wonder how many of these fools would walk around like that if they knew this method of almost wearing pants originated in prison as a signal that the “wearer” was ready and willing to be on the reveiving end of anal sex?

I can relate, I am 74, my chest has slipped down to my waist and it is difficult to keep my pants up. I have to get a closer look, maybe it is me

Some of us suffer from the unfortunate disease called “noassatall” and I am pulling my pants up all day long. There are times when I have both hands full I might look like this. And I hate suspenders.

I have heard the low pants originated in prisons (where belts are often not allowed), and when found out of prisons low pants indicate a familiarity with prison.

A few years ago, I read an interesting article, written by a psychologist, which outlined the origin, and propagation of this style. It made sense, whether it was completely a fact or not.
