I understand what you said. I just think the OP should know how valuable such a collection can be to us, the viewers. But, I still want to know if the coffee is worth the trip.
I suspect the poster comprehends their historical value.

You’re probably right. But I have a question (probably rhetorical); is it possible to place a value on nostalgia?

Personal opinion response to your question: yes, at a personal level. This value assessment would only be relevant in the mind of the individual making the value judgement. Similarly, how you remember some experiences as “invaluable.”

Nice collection. I wonder how he attached them.
I see what appears to be an L bracket under most of them. That would support the weight but they still need something to keep them from tipping off the wall; Maybe mounting tape?

My WAG, L bracket screwed to backing on the wall and small bolt into camera tripod mount.

Yup, that would do it. ;-)
As a schoolboy ..pre 1951, I drooled over a (One-Off) camera on display in a local shop window. Who remembers the Perma-Plus 35mm ? The camera had three automatic shutter speeds depending which way the camera was orientated IE..horizontal... left side up, or right side up in vertical shooting. I think it was priced at £14. 00 Very Avante Garde at the time. Great display, thanks for posting.
I'm a keen camera collector, could you let me know the address of this cafe. I would love to visit and have a look at would I can't afford!

I wonder if they have a list or inventory of the cameras, Some looked like they're perhaps affordable in the collector's market. I'm also a vintage camera "junkie", It doesn't have to be rare, as my collection of ordinary Brownies (and other Kodaks) and Agfa,Argus, Polaroid......... cameras would prove 👍

Around the corner from my apartment in London a coffee shop owner
has displayed his collection of old cameras. I recognize a number of
them from my youth and even owned some of them. Not a very
valuable collection but still interesting to see.
The film age?? Makes about as much sense as talking about the automobile age, or the television age!
